Fri, September 25, 2009 - 9:05 PMThanks all. I'd like to take all the credit but I suppose I should share some of it with Z. I was there for the birth but as I recall she did most of the work. Anyway, baby is now 2 weeks old, weighs 11 pounds 4 ounces, and is doing great. And Z is a wonderful, loving, infinitely patient mom. -

Wed, September 30, 2009 - 6:30 AMThe babies get us mommies all drunk with adoration and love, and it really helps with the "infinate patience". It has its limitations, we occasionally get sober. when we have had enough, it is really nice to have daddy to help out. Then we can breath and feall back in love with our babies. But i assume Miss Z's patience is even more infinate than most. David is sooo beautiful and sweet, it doesn't hirt either.
